Castle in The Sky Laputa Tiger Moss Paper stacks printed card into depth, so a flat design ends up with real shadow in it. We choose the Ghibli sets from film backgrounds, so there is depth in the image before you add any. The finished piece measures about 3.9 × 6.0 × 1.7 inches.

Build it back to front and check the gap from the side before the glue sets — you get about a minute to move a layer and none at all after that. If this one sells through, we usually have close relatives from the same licence in stock.

    Perfect for Laputa fans!

Excellent and super easy to build! I was nervous about assembling this since I’m new to paper theater/craft kits, but it was very straightforward. FYI one panel (the see through sheet) said it would require double sided tape on the instruction kit, but I just used glue! I definitely want to build more paper theater kits in the future, and this was a great starting point.

    So beautiful

Really very beautiful and very easy to build (even if you can't read Japanese, the instructions are perfectly illustrated), you just need some glue and logic. Perfect gift for anyone who loves Ghibli movies.
