What Happens After You Click

The buy button hands you over to a store. Here is exactly what that means.

The handover

Press the button on any product page and a new tab opens at the product listing in the partner store. Your basket, your account details and your card never touch this site — we do not run a checkout.

That store takes the order, charges it, packs it and ships it. It also sets the price, which is why the number here can differ by the time you arrive.

Delivery

Delivery speed is whatever that store offers you at checkout. Stock held locally moves in a day or two; sets shipped from Japan take longer, and the listing will say so before you commit.

Tracking

Tracking is on the order page of the store you bought from. We never see it. If a parcel is late or has stopped moving, that order page is the place to chase it — writing to us only adds a day.

Packing

Paper theater kits ship flat and are thin enough to bend if a parcel is mishandled. If the outer box arrives dented, photograph it before opening and raise it on the order page straight away.
