The address

Write to [email protected]. We answer questions about what a set contains, how many layers or pieces it has, what it measures when it is finished, which frame fits it and which licence a particular scene comes from.

We also answer build questions. If a layer has torn or a tab will not seat, describe what happened and we will tell you what we would do.

What we cannot do from here

We cannot look up an order, change a delivery address, issue a refund or send a replacement part. None of that reaches us — the order lives with the partner store you bought from, and the order page on their site is the only place it can be handled.

If a box arrived crushed or a bag of pieces was missing, open the order page of the store you ordered from and raise it there. They hold the record and they settle it.

Postal

Post is read, but it is slower than email by about two weeks.

Reply times

Most questions get an answer inside two working days. Build questions sometimes take longer, because somebody here opens the same kit to check before replying.
