Second Thoughts and Sending Things Back
Short version: it all goes through the store that took your money.
Changed your mind
- Open the order page of the partner store you bought from and start a return there.
- Their window and their rules apply — we have no say in either and cannot extend one.
- An unopened kit in its shrink is the easy case. A kit with the sheets already pushed out is not, and that is reasonable.
Something was wrong in the box
- A missing sheet, a bag short of pieces, a crushed frame: same route, the order page.
- Photograph the contents laid out before you contact them. It settles the case faster than any description.
- Keep the waste frames until you are sure the kit is complete — the numbers on them are how you prove a layer never arrived.
Defects
These are paper, card, plastic and printed board. There is no mechanism to fail. What can go wrong is a misregistered print or a short-shot mould, and both are defects the store will treat as such.
Neither is common. Both are obvious the moment the box is open, which is the argument for checking a kit on the day it arrives.
What we can do
Tell you what should have been in the box. Send us the set name and we will list the sheets, the layer count and the parts, so you know exactly what to claim for.
