Howl and Son of Stars is paper theater, the format we invented: die-cut layers, no knife, a diorama at the end. Howl's palette is the hardest we print — soft greens and greys that fight you when sorting.

Give it side light when it is finished. We draw the layer shadows into the design and overhead light flattens every one of them. People who follow Howl's Moving Castle tend to pick this up with one other paper theater set.
