Ensky Paper Theater Maneki Neko

This is Paper Theater Maneki Neko — a scene cut into layers, pushed out by thumb and glued back to front. There is no character licence on this one — it is straight Japanese scenery, which is a quieter build. The finished piece measures about 3.9 × 6.3 × 1.7 inches.

Give it side light when it is finished. We draw the layer shadows into the design and overhead light flattens every one of them. People who follow Japanese Scenery tend to pick this up with one other paper theater set.
